- Informing Vester Inc. of known hazards or access restrictions
- Securing pets where requested
- Following preparation, safety, and re-entry instructions provided for a service
Failure to follow required instructions may affect our ability to perform the service or the effectiveness of treatment.
11. Service Results and Warranties
Pest activity may be affected by structural conditions, environmental factors, sanitation conditions, weather, neighboring properties, customer actions, and other circumstances outside Vester Inc.’s control.
Specific warranties or guarantees, if applicable, will be identified in the applicable written estimate, service agreement, work authorization, inspection report, or warranty documentation.
Nothing on the website creates a service warranty that is not otherwise provided in writing by Vester Inc.
